DAILY HABITS WITH ROSE OINTMENT

  • Use with Owie oil and band-aids when someone takes a tumble. (we keep a jar in our first aid bag!)
  • For that dewy skin look, simply dab a bit of Rose Ointment on each cheek bone, upper eyelid & on the lips before applying makeup (or forgo the makeup all tougher!)
  • Apply to the cuticles as a cuticle softener and moisturizer.
  • Apply on and underneath the nostrils when the skin becomes tender from being rubbed too many times (a lifesaving wintertime hack!)
  • Use on dry cracked lips, cheeks, noses or anything sore or chapped.
  • Apply on your heels as a moisturizer
  • Use to soothe dry nostrils from cold, dry air - take a bit of rose ointment on a q-tip and rub it on the inside of each nostril before bed or before a flight/
  • Use to soothe baby bums.
  • Mix Rose Ointment with a drop of Cypress oil for hemorrhoid relief
  • Give dry, cracked hands and feet some TLC by applying Rose Ointment and then covering with cotton socks or gloves.

RECIPES WITH ROSE OINTMENT We love the rose ointment as a base for Owie oil anyway, so using it for more intense needs just makes sense! It's a great substitute for Aquaphor. A little goes a long way, and it is great for your skin. We keep one in our first aid kit at all times!
