GOLDEN MILK LATTE

  • ½ Tsp Golden Turmeric powder
  • Optional: 1 scoop Inner Beauty Collagen
  • 8 oz milk of choice
  • 1 drop Cardamom Vitality
  • 1 drop Nutmeg Vitality
  • Swish of Cinnamon Bark Vitality (insert a toothpick into the bottle, then swirl it around in the milk)
  • Dash of ground cinnamon for garnish
  • Heat the milk on medium low, then stir in Golden Turmeric powder and add essential oils. Stir gently, then top with a sprinkle of cinnamon!
  • Option to froth some of the milk and essential oils in an electric frother for delicious foam!

GOLDEN MANGO SUNRISE TONIC

  • 2-4oz NingXia Red
  • 5 half droppersful Mineral Essence
  • ½ tsp Golden Turmeric powder
  • Organic low-sugar lemonade or pineapple juice
  • Mineral or coconut water + ice as desired

BEAUTY SCHOOL GLOW UP

  • 2-4oz NingXia Red
  • ½ tsp Golden Turmeric
  • 1 scoop Inner Beauty Collagen
  • 1 tsp SulfurZyme powder
  • Coconut water + crushed ice

ALL THE GOOD STUFF DAILY TONIC

  • 2-4oz NingXia Red
  • ½ tsp Golden Turmeric
  • 1 scoop Inner Beauty Collagen
  • 1 tsp SulfurZyme powder
  • 5 half droppersful Mineral Essence
  • 5 drops Vitality oil of choice (Tangerine, Lime, Lemon)
  • Crushed ice + water of choice (sparkling, mineral, coconut)

SOOTHING TURMERIC THROAT SYRUP

  • 3 Tbs Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Raw Honey
  • 2 Tbs Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Golden Turmeric powder
  • 10 drops Frankincense Vitality
  • 3-5 drops Thieves Vitality
  • Blend until smooth using an immersion blender.
  • Take a spoonful as needed every few hours and definitely before nap or bed, add a spoonful to some echinacea tea.

TURMERIC CLAY MASK (adapted from Hello Glow):

  • 1/2 teaspoon Golden Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Tbsp flour of choice or ground oats
  • 3 Tbsp full fat yogurt or milk
  • A few drops of honey
  • 3 drops Manuka essential oil
  • 3 drops Frankincense essential oil
  • Mix flour, turmeric, honey and milk to make a paste. Add essential oils. Apply a thin layer to your face and let it dry for 10-15 minutes (see below for guidelines). Rinse and scrub gently to remove.
  • While the powerful antioxidants present in turmeric impart that vibrant yellow color, be aware that this same color can stick around a little too long. A good rule of thumb to follow is the one minute rule — if you notice no discoloration after sixty seconds, leave on for another four. Test again, and keep it on all the way until 10 or 15 minutes, which should be the max for most products and at-home solutions.
